Because I visited Vertu a couple of years ago whereupon the service and smiles were distinctly lacking. In fact when I dropped my car off for a service, the girl I approached at a desk was so unbelievably rude I contacted the management afterwards.

Courtesy car request not registered properly via online system or following a personal call. Request for additional work via the online video link system did not work properly either

Since purchasing my BMW the support has been poor, I still do not have the correct kit fitted, and when I asked I was advised that the salesman had left and I wasn't expecting any further kit. I did not follow this up.

You seem to have missed something. Second issue on your notes, about DRivers Seat attachment. You were going to give me a cost for repairing the damage but this was not enclosed.

The only issue I have is with having to go through your call centre rather than directly to your dealership. I have a long relationship with BMW in Bridgwater going back as far as 1984 when I purchased a 323i from L J Irvine Direct line please
